When are you open?
We are open from 10:30am until 10pm with the last bookable slot at 9pm. We run slots every hour and a half.
Monday – 10:30am to 10pm
Tuesday – 10:30am to 10pm
Wednesday – 10:30am to 10pm
Thursday – 10:30am to 10pm
Friday – 10:30am to 10pm
Saturday – 10:30am to 10pm
Sunday – 10:30am to 10pm
What is an escape room?
You and your team will have 60 minutes to ‘escape’ one of our themed rooms. To beat one of our games you will need to use the environment to help you solve challenging puzzles whilst you work together with creativity, speed and patience.
How old can you be to play?
Our rooms are suitable for all ages however anyone under the age 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
What clothing should I wear?
Anything. The only thing we wouldn’t recommend would be high heels.
Is there wheelchair access?
No.
Can a pregnant lady take part?
Yes. There is no strenuous activity in any of our games. There is suitable room to move around at all times and there will be a chair in each game should you need to rest at any point.
Is there anyone else in the room with us?
No. All the rooms are held as private bookings. You will only have your own team members with you.
Is it scary?
No. All of our games are family friendly without any jump scares.
Are we actually locked in?
Yes. However, you can get out any time. A member of staff will brief you with an emergency exit code at the start of every game and that is listed within the game as well should you forget it. A member of staff will be available within seconds should anyone require any assistance within the game.
When should we arrive?
We like people to arrive 5-10 minutes before each booking so we can get you in on the time you booked your slot for.
What happens if we’re late?
We allow a 10-minute buffer for each game. Arrival after 10 minutes will mean we’d have to reduce the time you have within the game.
